About Course

The Textile Design program offers the ability to transform design ideas into garments and accessories as well as knowledge of the business side of the fashion industry. The design segment of the program is intended to help students develop skills in garments construction and design including tailoring, flat pattern drafting and draping as well as computer pattern drafting and grading to provide a solid foundation in the fundamentals of apparel Industry. In addition, marketing courses are designed to enable the students to develop, analyze and implement effective market strategies.

The growth of apparel sector is rising gradually .This Graduation & Post Graduate Programme (Textile Design & Apparel Technology) is curated in a way that allows students to identify areas of interest with in the fashion segments of apparel and textiles. The scope of the course is to position the students in a global fashion and textile scenario by providing them with hand on experience on how the textile word evolves .
