About Department

M.Voc. Programme in Retail Management is a judicious mix of skills training related to general management and retail management. The course aims at providing a comprehensive view of retailing, an analysis of the retail environment and exposure to issues and developments in the industry. The main objective of the curriculum is to provide insights on retail operations to enable the students to become good retail planners and decision makers and help focus on change and adaption to change. The learner will be equipped with an overview of the retail industry, concepts and processes and an opportunity to understand the areas of accountability for a Retail Manager.
